The service department at Toyota wanted to reduce the perceived waiting time for clients to pick up their vehicles.

The Toyota service department wanted to focus on an infotainment concept, combining live TV and ALJ commercials and promotions.

In such a ‘captive audience’ environment ALJ was looking for a high-end high-quality Digital Signage Solution.

NAVORI QL  is currently deployed in all ALJ Toyota dealerships and a further roll out into the ALJ group is planned.
