The Buffalo Medical Group uses Navori technology to inform and entertain patients
The Buffalo Medical Group is among the oldest and largest physician group practices in New York State with 24 facilities serving Buffalo and the surrounding areas. BMG has equipped each facility’s waiting room with digital signage screens powered by the Navori QL software platform. The screens display a mix of videos, doctor messages, patient care information and lists of events that keep visitors and patients informed and entertained while they wait. Staff use the QL Manager to create and schedule dynamic content that is displayed at each location. The Navori software solution was selected based on its versatility, reliability and ease of use. Each location can manage and easily program a mix of corporate and local content using the application’s web based interface.
